Utterly Better aims to make this website and remote service usable by as many adults as reasonably possible. The site is designed for keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings, form labels, readable contrast, zoom and reduced-motion preferences.
What we aim for
- Users should be able to zoom to 200% without losing core content or controls.
- Interactive tools provide text errors and do not rely on colour alone.
- No essential information is presented only inside an image.
- PDFs are not required for website access; worksheets can be read and completed as HTML.
- For a reasonable adjustment to communication or a session, contact our business email address and explain what would help. Do not require a diagnosis as the default proof.
As a new independent service, we may not identify every barrier immediately. Please tell us if something prevents access.
We aim to respond to accessibility reports within five working days.
